The library of Jamia Milia Islamia consists of lakhs of books and thousands of periodicals and other subscriptions. The King of Saudi Arabia donated a record $30 million for construction of a library in year 2006. The story of its growth from a small institution in the pre-independence India to a central university located in New Delhi is a saga of dedication, conviction and vision of people who worked against all odds and saw it growing step by step. The JMI University offers expertise and integrated education from nursery to research in specialized and unique areas. The university offers a wide variety of courses.
