One of the well known engineering entrance among the various top engineering entrance exams in India conducted by prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi JNU,NewDelhi). This premier institute of India, was named after prime minister of the country Pt . Jawahar Lal Nehru. It is located in heart of country in southern capital of India, Delhi. JNU University is organized in nine schools & four independent centers. Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) was established under the act of parliament of India, and basic aim of this educational body was to promote the study of principles of national & international level of understanding and bringing out the solution of complex problems faced by society. This university has attained excellence in the country in the history of educational seat of learning.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should appear in JNU written test in order to seek admission in university. Based on written performance, short listed candidates will be called for interview followed by it. Only those students get admission, who qualify both in written and interview

There is a mandatory condition, student must have 55% of marks & must have mathematics until class 12th.
B.Tech. B.E. or equivalent degree in any branch of Engineering, B.Pharma degree or equivalent
Candidates who have passed the class 10+2 exam from a recognised board
With a mandatory condition at least they should have scored 60% marks in technical subjects
A minimum mark requirement in mathematics till class XII must be 55% is compulsory in all three categories. The educational qualification criteria in JNUEEE that is required to fulfill as described above.

For NET Qualified candidates:

Candidates who have qualified for Junior Research Fellowship through CSIR/UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) examination are eligible to apply separately in the prescribed form under this category Candidates shall have to appear for an interview and their selection will depend on their performance in the interview. Candidates who have appeared in the CSIR/UGC NET examination but results awaited may also apply under this category.
However, such candidates will be interviewed upon submission of a valid proof of having qualified for or awarded the JRF certificate at the time of interview. Moreover, candidates with valid proof of JRF qualification only would be provided permissible traveling allowance for attending interview. Please note that candidates who have been awarded “Lectureship” in the CSIR/UGC examination are not eligible and will not be called for interview.

EXAMINATION

The JNU EEE written examination is generally followed by a viva voce exam in most of the program at Jawaharlal university studies. Jawaharlal Nehru University board, New Delhi follows a set JNU EEE entrance test pattern, so students must go through this to achieve top rank in JNUEEE entrance exam. JNUEEE Pattern will be multiple choices and it contains the questions level of intermediate course for following subjects- physics, chemistry & mathematics. The mode of paper will be English only. Candidates must be very careful while answering the question because if they attempt wrong answer, negative marks will be awarded.
