Mamata Medical College, which came into being in 1998, is situated in Khammam city of Andhra Pradesh. The college is an integral part of Mamata Education Society. Mamata Medical College was the first self financed medical college, which has recognition from Medical Council of India (MCI) and Government of India. The medical college is affiliated to Dr. NTR University Of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh.
Mamata Medical College imparts various courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate level in the stream of medical sciences. The college enrolls as many as 150 students every year, for the courses. Mamata General Hospital, which has the capacity of 500 beds, is attached to the college.
