School of Broadcasting & Communication, Mumbai is a part of the Society for Arts & Mass Communication, a non - profit, non - government organization (NGO) registered under 'Registrar of Firms and Societies Act, 1973, of the government of the state of Madhya Pradesh, India, having an all India jurisdiction. School of Broadcasting & Communication was incorporated with a vision of bringing world class, state-of-art broadcasting and media education and technology to the Indian sub-continent, in process contributing to the cause of providing the country with a new generation of young expert, while focusing especially on providing education to the weaker and under privileged segments of the Indian society.
